Adult Level 1

Perfect for beginners, this non-sparring class focuses on conditioning, technique, and fundamentals. – Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m.

Wear comfortable workout clothes. Bring water and gloves or wraps if you have them. If not, we have loaner gear available.

Not at all! Our Adult Level 1 and youth boxing classes are perfect for beginners. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

Yes! Our youth boxing classes are built for ages 7 to 12 and focus on fun, fitness, and focus.

No. Our Level 1 and all beginner-focused classes are non-contact. Sparring is available only in Level 2 and by instructor approval.

We’re a registered USA Boxing club and sponsor amateur fighters. You’re training in a real boxing environment, not just punching a bag.

Yes! Our women’s boxing classes are led by experienced coaches in a motivating, inclusive environment.
